"Why do I Need my business company to be audited?"
We are registered auditors, but you don't need an audit (this means an independent examination) done, unless the following applies:
Your company has sales over €3m
- You fail to file your Annual Return on time with the Companies Registration Office
- You are a Charity or Company Limited by Guarantee
Otherwise you qualify for audit exemption as long as you abide by the rules
